The Boat Club Residences is located just right in District 9 where referred to as the great economic commercial financial center in Hochiminh City and even in Southeast Vietnam in near future. Here, this project was being orientated to develop GREEN, CLEAN with a clean industrial park and a high-tech zone for the nature and environment protection.

The Boat Club Residences is located just right in District 9 where referred to as the great economic commercial financial center in Hochiminh City and even in Southeast Vietnam in near future. Here, this project was being orientated to develop GREEN, CLEAN with a clean industrial park and a high-tech zone for the nature and environment protection. For that reason, District 9 still preserve the fresh natural landscape at Tac riverside and the unpolluted arroyo system is distributed widespread, that is an ideal place to build up a large-scale GREEN and MODERN residential area.

This project is both convenient for traffic and located just right in the center of four-corned economic development in Hochiminh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria – Vung Tau. It takes 30 minutes to go by motor boat from Ba Ria – Vung Tau to Bach Dang Port, it’s 2 km from Long Thanh – Dau Day highway (under construction), belt line 3,800m, the Boat Club Residences is an ideal place to settle for dwellers when they work in buildings inside the city but still enjoy a modern life with fresh air and close to nature.

Nowadays, the inner of HCMC is more and more narrowed and stuffy as the more and more people come into HCMC while building area has not been changed.
